We treat each property as a working home. Dust paths are planned, noisy work is scheduled, and neighbouring rooms remain usable wherever possible. When a decision changes on site, we record it, price it and only proceed when you have confirmed the direction in writing.

A single-room refresh may take one to two weeks. A kitchen or multi-room programme can run several weeks depending on lead times for cabinetry, stone and specialist finishes. We issue a week-by-week plan before work begins and update it if a supplier date moves.
After a survey we issue an estimate with allowances for fixtures and finishes. You can raise or lower those allowances. Once selections are locked, we confirm a working budget and only vary it through written change notes.
